Help at last

Turmeric Powder, not Extract
Disappointed to find these are powder, not extract, so only contain 3-5% curcuminoids. Gets an extra star for the BioPerine, which is good at increasing absorption, it's just a shame the base powder doesn't have much to absorb in the first place.

Fantastic for inflammation
Ordered these to try early this year due to an increase in running as the gyms are closed. Found less sore was in joints and plan on using them into my next rugby season too.

Great for bloating!
Started taking these 2 weeks ago and I've not bloated once from my protein shakes. Nice easy supplement to take, don't need to worry about taste as they are coated!Goes Well With:I usually take them with a glass of water
